Key Responsibilities

  • Working directly with a key client, interpreting technical requirements
  • Planning and facilitating the fit out and onboarding of new data halls and modifications to existing facilities
  • Investigating the feasibility of client requests and reporting back with suitable solutions
  • Understanding and resolving any client grievance should it arise
  • Continually maintenance client relationship to ensure business retention

Background Required

  • Experienced technical, accounts, contract or client success manager or similar client facing role
  • Background from data centres or critical facility management
  • Experience of working in an M&E technical environment
  • Qualified engineer
