This rapidly expanding business own and operate co location datacentres. They are emerging as one of the fastest growing datacentre providers in this sector and believe in training staff from outside the industry. Become a true specialist whilst honing your skills and progressing your career.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical liaison between clients and contractors for a Co-Location datacentre
• Responsible for operations and customer requirements
• Involved in planning and control of safety for high risk projects
• Working with external providers overseeing PPM and equipment service
• Ensuring site policies are being followed, whilst continually looking at ways to improve them
• Working in continental shift (days and nights rotating)

Background Required

• Experienced shift, M&E, facilities or critical systems manager or senior engineer, shift supervisor, shift leader or similar
• Background from critical systems facilities maintenance, data centres or any critical environment
• Mechanical or electrical bias
• Knowledge of electrical, HV, power systems, and/or mechanical, chilled water, cooling and/or fire systems
• Qualified engineer
