Key Responsibilities

• Full management of a service and parts departments
• Implementation of strategies to improve and strengthen the department.
• Liaising with existing clients/customers to maximize sales and profitability
• Cost reviewing and stock controlling
• Management of a team consisting of technical and customer support
• Overseeing quality of products ensuring internal training on quality is conducted
• Providing regular forecasts and annual/weekly pricing

Professional Background

• Strong background of man management
• Background of working with mechanical products, (boilers, pressure vessels, HVAC equipment)
• Prior mechanical, electrical background
• Good understanding of sales and gross profit targets
• Previous client facing experience
  Fully qualified HNC, HND or degree engineer
