* Leading and Managing a team of Service Engineers
* Managing planned maintenance programmes
* Continuous improvement
* Recruitment and development of staff

* Background- Service Manager, Regional Manager, Engineering Manager, Maintenance Manager
* Experienced within industrial/ manufacturing sectors
* Experienced within maintenance and service of machinery
* Apprenticeship trained or time served
