Key Responsibilities

• Ensure quality throughout all manufacturing operations: fabrication, electrical assembly, wiring, finished products & packaging
• Manage quality team of 5
• Planning QC work: good in inspection, assembly quality checks, RMA booking in & inspection
• Monitor performance versus QC KPIs
• Liaise with suppliers & purchasing
• Continuous improvement whilst maintaining high quality standards
• Responsible for all aspects of calibration

Background Required

• Experienced quality manager / quality control supervisor
• Background from electro-mechanical assembly, fabrication, sheet metal or similar
• Experience using an ERP system
• Relevant qualifications in engineering, manufacturing, quality ect.
