UK Based (travel on rotation across Europe)

Fantastic opportunity for project engineer from a mechanical or electrical background, looking to join an exciting and expanding company. Manage the delivery of high value projects of new build and refurb critical environments. Great package on offer as well as the opportunity to develop, progress.

Work for a global contractor building datacentres across Europe. This well-established business have multiple projects for the foreseeable future and continue to expand. With a busy programme this is ideal for individuals who are looking for challenging roles with autonomy and variety.

Job Brief

• Full project management of new build and install of critical systems within data centres
• Planning project programmes, holding project meeting with sub-contractors
• Liaising with clients and sub-contractors, ensuring programming and deadlines are met,
• Responsible for the health and safety and documentation of the projects
• Traveling to Sweden on a Rotation every 3 weeks, fly home every third weekend (Fly home Thursday, back out on Monday)

Previous Experience

• Experienced M & E project manager / engineer or similar
• Background of delivering large scale critical environment (data centres, pharmaceutical, nuclear, or similar)
• Experience of operating at a senior level, managing sub-contractors, working with clients, report to board level
• Degree or HND qualified engineer (mechanical or electrical or similar)
