Job Brief
*Continuous improvement of production process using lean methodologies
*Implementing factory layouts
*Create work instructions
*Implementing NPI processes
*Identify, design (not on CAD) and source machinery modifications jigs and fixtures

Required Experience
*Experience production or manufacturing engineer
*Background from mechanical assembly, fixtures
*Strong knowledge of lean techniques
*Qualified production engineer
