Exciting opportunity for office managers, administrators or operations assistants has arisen within our expanding company. We are looking for a proactive and organised professional to manage the day to day running of our office and administrational operations. Enjoy working a varied position, with elements of marketing, accounts, HR combined with operational management. Training will be provided where necessary, in a position that will become autonomous.

The Role:

  • Office management, ensuring all operations are compliant and resourced as required
  • Coordinating personnel files and assisting with HR related processes
  • Managing the company’s social media accounts and marketing activities, liaising with 3rd party partners
  • Assisting with accounts administration
  • General Administration

Requirements:

  • Office manager, experience administrator or operations assistance
  • Clerical or administration background
  • Good organisational skills
  • Good IT related skills, previous experience of using an accounts software, CRM or similar
  • Proficient with Microsoft 365 products (Office, Word)
