Senior MEP Project Manager’s with a Mechanical bias will be interested in working for a leading General Contractor, leading the MEP works on a large-scale Data Centre construction project in the Polish capital. Works as the lead on MEP installation, client interface with Blue-Chip organisation and be part of a rapidly expanding business on in the buoyant world of Data Centre’s. Key Responsibilities

• Take a lead role on the MEP installation for a major Data Centre facility
• Regular interface with client, management of discipline leaders, site team and subcontractors
• Liaise with design teams and subcontractors to ensure project delivery on time, budget and according to scope
• Work along side Commercial Manager and QS to ensure successful project and profitable project delivery.
• Ensure Health and Safety compliance on site
• Responsible for growing site team

Personal Requirements

• 15-20 years’ experience in the delivery of large-scale MEP projects, ideally Data Centre’s, Pharmaceutical, Power Plants etc.
• Demonstrated managing similar projects to tight deadlines, large labour resources and demanding clients.
• Trade or engineering background but recent experience has to be management of large contracts
