Mechanical Associate director-critical systems
Our client is an expanding international multi-disciplinary consultancy operating from over 20 locations across the globe, seeking a Mechanical associate director. They work with some of the largest and most innovative colocation providers and data centre operators in the world, and are global award winners. If you have expertise in this specialist sector and have an interest in working long term for a continually growing firm,who are big on design of sustainable builds, this role is for you. A great example of a project from our client is the Facebook Lulea project, Sweden, which processes data from Europe, Africa and the Middle East, and covers 30,000 square metres.
You will be given a lot of responsibility in this job, including playing a big role in ensuring the successful delivery of innovative mechanical design solutions for some of the most notable and large scale data projects all over the globe.
You will work with the clients global critical systems team, and work closely with a variety of colleagues, to manage the delivery of technically-excellent, profitable projects.
You will also be given responsibility in terms of management, by using your depth of knowledge and expertise to manage, motivate and inspire less experienced engineers in order to grow the company even more internally.
*A Degree in Mechanical engineering or Building services engineering(MEng or BEng)
*Experience in a mechanical engineering role, specifically within a data centre.
*Ability to Manage multiple large scale projects and less experienced engineers
*A passion for accurate design of mechanical services systems.
