Job Brief

• Responsible for R&D projects including the Digital Project Delivery and IT
• Identify and develop new business opportunities, technologies and practices
• Monitor methods for trialing and use selected construction innovative techs
• Develop staff in new systems and procedures
• Travel frequently between business units in UK, Ireland and across Europe

Personal Requirements

• Innovation Manager / R&D Manager
• Experience securing innovation grants for R&D projects
• Background in Construction/ Architecture/ Manufacturing/ Automotive/ Aerospace
• Modularisation, IT and system architecture is desirable
• Degree qualified in construction, architecture, manufacturing or similar
