Job brief

• Application sell, understanding client’s requirements and designing suitable solution
• Costings projects
• Attending client meetings as part of the technical expert in the sales team
• Working closely with the design of different electrical solutions for several concepts, including power systems, backup power and electrical infrastructure
• Researching and surveying aspects of customer projects and writing specifications for supplier tendering.
• Testing of new technologies
• Working closely with project managers in coordinating the delivery of digital infrastructures
• Attending site visits to ensure subcontractors to ensure they fulfil obligations.
• Attend supplier meetings and providing technical support for the negotiations

Key skills and Previous experience

• Electrical engineer
• Background of working with consultancies or contractors
• Knowledge of LV power solutions and critical environment
• Confident with building services engineering design frameworks
• Experience/Confident in client facing situations
• Experience working in a sales capacity
• Graduate of electrical engineering, physics, power electronics or similar
