Our client are looking for reliable, professional & enthusiastic individuals to carry out cleaning work with a Property Management firm based in London. Working within the cleaning sector, this company oversee the day to day running of properties at all different levels & sizes. You will be working as part of a team delivering high standards and being responsible for the up keep of the properties.
These particular assignments will involve:
Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc)
Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
Make adjustments and minor repairs
Follow all health and safety regulations
Other reasonable duties as directed by Manager
Removal of rubbish
A reasonable level of fitness.
Punctual, reliable and trustworthy.
Able to manage time effectively.
Ability to work both alone and in a team.
Awareness of health and safety procedures
Excellent organizational skills a must
Self-motivation and the ability to identify and complete needed tasks without direct supervision
