Max Levent

Max has over 5 years’ experience as an engineering recruiter within that time he has gone from an apprentice to business owner. Whilst having a wide range of industrial recruitment experience across different sectors and disciplines Max has specific expertise in placing blue colour maintenance and service engineers into a variety of manufacturers and similar industrial markets.

During Max’s career he spent four years within an engineering recruitment company going from a trainee consultant to team manager within two years and broke plenty of records along the way. After learning his ability to build relationships with top manufacturing companies within the UK, Max began placing a high level of maintenance and service engineers establishing himself within the industrial sector.

Max has a keen interest in all sports particularly Football and is a regular gym goer!

Tom McGuane

With a recruitment background stretching over 15 years, Tom has a gained wealth of experience across Permanent Recruitment, Building Services Engineering, Campaign Management, Account Management and Operational Leadership.

During his career Tom spent close to 10 years with Hays progressing from Consultant into a Senior Management role – leading their Kent Construction & Property Division. After which Tom joined Resourcing Group as a Board Director, leading the strategy and direction of their Permanent Recruitment Division – achieving notable year-on-year GP, EBITDA & headcount growth.

Thought-out his recruitment career Tom has continued to specialise within the Building Services Industry, working with a host of leading organisations incorporating Global Engineering Consultancies, Specialist Contractors and End clients – placing engineer-to-director level building services professionals.

Outside of work Tom can be found enjoying the odd round of golf, watching rugby (too old and broken to play anymore!), mountain biking and spending time his young family.

James Witts

James has spent over decade in technical recruitment. Whilst having a wide range of industrial recruitment experience across different sectors and disciplines, he has specific expertise in placing senior white collar technical positions into a variety of manufacturing and industrial markets.

After attending Gloucester university James spend 6 years in night club management before joining Hays. After learning his trade on a labour hire desk he switched to industrial recruitment, placing engineers in positions from maintenance and service to project, production, operations and sales management. With a genuine interest and curiosity in manufacturing James applies his technical knowledge to successfully recruit challenging and senior roles.

When not in the office James is an avid Crystal Palace fan. He enjoys football, boxing, playing squash, cooking and being a family man.

Charlie Tossell

Charlie has extensive experience working in a multitude of engineering industries, he quickly established himself placing field service engineers within special purpose machinery manufacturers across the UK. Charlie’s niche is sourcing engineers with highly specialist skillsets across a variety of industrial sectors.

Charlie is a professional & technical specialist within his field of engineering recruitment, he takes pride in developing Clear Engineering Recruitment in same manor of his own achievements.

Charlie started his career in digital marketing. After leaving the academy of Millwall Football club at 16 he continued playing as a semi pro football player. After he realised he wasn’t any good, he decided engineering recruitment was the perfect place for his career to flourish!
